Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR THE RISK OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR USING CLASSICAL MUSIC THERAPY FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS IN THE KUNTI ROOM OF THE BALI PROVINCIAL MENTAL HOSPITAL I Made Tantri Patrayana Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: tantripatrayana2002@gmail.com ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a disease characterized by disorganized thinking patterns, delusions, hallucinations, inappropriate behavioral changes and impaired psychosocial functioning.. One form of behavior that emerges is violent behavior. Therefore, psychological treatment is carried out, one of which is classical music therapy.. The aim of this research is to determine nursing care for the risk of violent behavior using classical music therapy for schizophrenia patients in the Kunti Room at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in 2024. This research uses a descriptive design method, with a case study research design. The research sample was schizophrenic patients with risk problems for violent behavior. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research showed that the patient looked tense when spoken to, his voice was curt and his gaze was flat, the patient looked suspicious. Nursing planning uses the main interventions to prevent violent behavior and promote coping. Implementation according to the nursing plan, in collaboration with classical music therapy techniques. Nursing evaluation of implementation and collaboration of classical music therapy, goal outcome criteria met. In conclusion, based on the analysis of managed cases, it was found that providing classical music therapy at appropriate times to schizophrenic patients with a risk of violent behavior can help control emotions, thoughts and behavior. Salah satu bentuk perilaku yang muncul adalah perilaku kekerasan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penanganan psikologis, salah satunya dengan terapi musik klasik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui asuhan keperawatan risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan terapi musik klasik pada pasien skizofrenia di Ruang Kunti Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain deskriptif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah resiko perilaku kekerasan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian, pasien tampak tegang saat diajak berbicara, suara ketus dan pandangan datar, pasien tampak curiga. Perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan intervensi utama pencegahan perilaku kekerasan dan promosi koping. Implementasi sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan, dikolaborasikan dengan teknik terapi musik klasik. Evaluasi keperawatan dari imlementasi dan kolaborasi terapi musik klasik, tujuan kriteria hasil teratasi. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan analisis kasus kelolaan, didapatkan bahwa pemberian terapi musik klasik dengan waktu yang sesuai pada pasien skizofrenia dengan resiko perilaku kekerasan dapat membantu mengontrol emosi, pikiran dan perilaku.
