Abstract
Mental disorders that are health problems throughout the world one of them is schizophrenia, the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is social isolation. Social isolation is the inability to foster close, warm, open, and interdependent relationships with others. Based on research conducted shows that Socialization Activity Group Therapy can overcome the behavior of social isolation in patients with schizophrenia in RSJ Bali. The purpose of this study is to know the description of nursing care of social therapy activities for social isolation in patients with schizophrenia in 2018. Type of descriptive research with case study design. The results of the study conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation on nurses on five subjects found signs of social isolation symptoms and formulated nursing diagnoses of social isolation. Nursing plan in psaien of social isolation ie patient can be given therapy activity of socialization group. Implementation given to the five subjects by the nurse was performed in accordance with the planned intervention of giving the group socialization activity therapy. The results of the evaluation obtained on the five subjects is the treatment of socialization group activity. The results show that there is a suitability between the findings of the researchers, the findings of other researchers and the existing theories from assessment to evaluation Keywords: Isos,TAKS, Case study
