Abstract
Abstract. The low labor productivity are considered due to the lack of motivation to work, without being aware of other factors such as nutrition workers. Repair and nutrition has very important significance in efforts to prevent morbidity, lower rates of absenteeism and increase productivity. Workers who do not get adequate energy, even though they clearly are not productive in and keep working. What is clear they will work to slow down the rhythm can remain in the workplace. It can be seen from the decline in the arable workers after work a few hours, especially if the question does not seek input eat/drink required. The purpose of the diet for workers is creating a healthy physical state so passionate to do the job, increase body resistance against various diseases, Pressing morbidity and mortality, Improve labor productivity, and to meet the needs of calories, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals in a balanced. Labor productivity is influenced by many factors, some of which have a very important role and determines the nutritional adequacy. These factors will determine the performance of the labor force because of the adequacy and spreader balanced calories during work. Someone with the status of malnutrition may not be able to work with maximum results because performance is affected by a person’s health status.
