Abstract

HUBUNGAN PENCAHAYAAN DENGAN ANGKA KUMAN UDARA DI RUANG OPERASI RUMAH SAKIT MATA BALI MANDARA TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Ruang operasi merupakan suatu unit khusus di rumah sakit yang berfungsi sebagai tempat untuk melakukan tindakan pembedahan yang membutuhkan kondisi steril dan kondisi khusus lainnya. Angka kuman dalam ruangan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh pencahayaan, pengaturan pencahayaan perlu mendapat perhatian khusus untuk menekan pertumbuhan angka kuman di dalam ruang operasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pencahayaan dengan angka kuman udara di ruang operasi Rumah Sakit Mata Bali Mandara. Metode yang digunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan sebagai berikut : keadaan pencahayaan ada 14 (66,7%) ruang operasi yang pencahayaannya tidak memenuhi syarat dan 7 (33,3%) ruang operasi yang pencahayaannya memenuhi syarat. Keadaan angka kuman udara ada 11(52,4%) ruang operasi yang angka kuman udaranya tidak memenuhi syarat dan 10(47,6%) ruang operasi yang angka kumannya memenuhi syarat. Hasil uji Chi Squere diperoleh p-value yaitu 0,001 karena p-value yaitu < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pencahayaan dengan angka kuman udara di ruang operasi Rumah Sakit Mata Bali Mandara. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengaturan pencahayaan dalam upaya pemenuhan standar baku mutu pencahayaan dan angka kuman udara di ruang operasi. Kata kunci : Pencahayaan, angka kuman udara. RELATIONSHIP OF LIGHTING WITH AIR GERMS NUMBERS IN OPERATIONS ROOM IN BALI MANDARA EYE HOSPITAL YEAR 2022 ABSTRACT The operating room is a special unit in a hospital that functions as a place to perform surgical procedures that require sterile conditions and other special conditions. One of the factors that affect the number of germs in the room is lighting, lighting arrangements need special attention to suppress the growth of germ numbers in the operating room. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between lighting and airborne germ numbers in the operating room of the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. The method used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. Univariate and bivariate analysis technique with chi-square test. The results obtained are as follows: lighting conditions there are 14 (66.7%) operating rooms whose lighting does not meet the requirements and 7 (33.3%) operating rooms whose lighting meets the requirements. The condition of the air germ number is 11 (52.4%) operating rooms whose air germ numbers do not meet the requirements and 10 (47.6%) operating rooms whose germ numbers meet the requirements. The results of the Chi Squere test obtained a p-value of 0.001 because the p-value is <0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between lighting and airborne germ numbers in the operating room of the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate lighting in an effort to fulfill lighting quality standards and airborne germ numbers in the operating room. Key words: Lighting, air germ numbers.
