Abstract
ABSTRAK: Kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas merupakan keadaan yang alami bagi seorang ibu. Laporan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “KN” dari umur kehamilan 36 minggu 2 hari, persalinan, masa nifas, dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah laporan kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan April sampai Juli 2018. Asuhan kebidanan kehamilan dilakukan dengan memberikan 7 kali asuhan. Asuhan persalinan dilakukan dari kala I sampai IV. Kala I berlangsung selam 1 jam 15 menit, kala II 25 menit, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3000 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Masalah yang terjadi selama asuhan berlangsung bersifat fisiologis sehingga tidak menyebabkan komplikasi dan mengancam nyawa ibu maupun bayi. ABSTRACT: Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are natural condition for mothers. This case report aims to determine the result of midwifery care given to Mrs. “KN” from 36 weeks 2 days of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn who are given midwifery care according to standard. Research method used is case report with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care is given from April to July 2018. Midwifery care in pregnancy is done by giving 7 times care. Midwifery care in labor did from first stage until fourth stage of labor. The first stage lasted in 1 hour 15 minutes, the second stage in 25 minutes, the third stage in 10 minutes and the monitoring at the fourth stage was normal. The baby was born immediately crying, the muscle tone was active, the skin redness and the birth weight was 3000 grams. The process of involution uterus, the discharge of lochea and lactation during the postpartum was normal. The problems that occur during the care were physiological, it did not cause complications and risk the mother and baby’s life.
