Abstract

RELATIONSHIP LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE WITH THE BEHAVIOR OF VISITORS OF RELIGIOUS TOURISM DESTINATIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOL Study Conducted in Religious Tourism Area Tirtha Empul Temple in 2022 ABSTRACT The implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol in the religious tourism destination area of Pura Tirtha Empul which still ignores health protocols, can lead to the potential for the spread and transmission of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of visitors to religious tourism destinations regarding the application of the COVID-19 health protocol in the religious tourism destination of Pura Tirtha Empul. This type of research uses an observational method with a cross sectional study design. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test are known to be Asymp. Sig (2-sided) 0.000 < (0.05), and have a relationship level with the Coefficient Contingency (CC) value of 0.749 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of local visitors. a religious tourism destination regarding the application of the COVID-19 health protocol in the area of the religious tourism destination of Pura Tirtha Empul, and has a strong level of relationship. Suggestions, managers of religious tourism destinations of Pura Tirtha Empul are advised to always socialize to visitors regarding the implementation of health protocols. To the Puskesmas, it is recommended to always provide education to visitors and develop programs with religious tourism managers related to policies in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol. Keywords: Knowledge, Behavior, COVID-19, and religious tourism destination HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DENGAN PERILAKU PENGUNJUNG DAERAH TUJUAN WISATA RELIGI TENTANG PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN COVID-19 Studi Dilaksanakan Pada Kawasan Wisata Religi Pura Tirtha Empul Tahun 2022 ABSTRAK Penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di kawasan daerah tujuan wisata religi Pura Tirtha Empul yang masih mengabaikan protokol kesehatan, dapat menimbulkan adanya potensi penyebaran dan penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku pengunjung daerah tujuan wisata religi tentang penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada kawasan daerah tujuan wisata religi Pura Tirtha Empul. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan rancangan penelitian crosssectional study. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Uji Chi Square diketahui asymp.sig (2-sided) 0,000 <  (0,05), serta memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan nilai Coefficient Contingency (CC) yaitu 0,749 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku pengunjung daerah tujuan wisata religi tentang penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada kawasan daerah tujuan wisata religi Pura Tirtha Empul, serta memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Saran, pengelola daerah tujuan wisata religi Pura Tirtha Empul disarankan untuk selalu mensosialisasikan kepada pengunjung terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kepada Puskesmas, disarankan untuk selalu memberikan edukasi kepada pengunjung dan menyusun program bersama pengelola wisata religi terkait kebijakan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19.
