Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PREGNANT WOMEN'S HEALTH PROTOCOL DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN THE BANGLI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IN 2022 ABSTRACT Pregnant women are listed as a vulnerable group infected with the Covid-19 virus. Pregnancy causes a partial decrease in immunity due to physiological changes during pregnancy, making pregnant women more susceptible to viruses. Therefore, pregnant women must have a good attitude in implementing the Covid-19 prevention health protocol for pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to find out the Overview of the Implementation of Maternal Health Protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Bangli Health Center Area in 2022. The type of research used was a quantitative descriptive study with one variable. The population in this study were pregnant women in the Bangli Health Center area, totaling 128 pregnant women with a sample of 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the Guttman scale with two answer options. The results of the study on the application of health protocols for pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic were mostly good with a total of 87 people (89.7%), the sufficient category was 8 people (8.2%), and the less category was 2 people (2.1%). So, it can be concluded that most pregnant women fall into the good category. Keywords: Health Protocol, Pregnant Women, Covid-19 GAMBARAN PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS BANGLI TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Ibu hamil tercatat sebagai kelompok rentan terinfeksi virus Covid-19. Masa kehamilan mengakibatkan penurunan kekebalan parsial karena perubahan fisiologis saat kehamilan, sehingga mengakibatkan ibu hamil lebih rentan terhadap virus. Maka dari itu, ibu hamil harus memiliki sikap baik dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Ibu Hamil pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Puskesmas Bangli Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan satu variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di Wilayah Puskesmas Bangli yang berjumlah 128 ibu hamil dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan secara daring menggunakan skala guttman dengan dua opsi jawaban. Hasil penelitian penerapan protokol kesehatan ibu hamil pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar baik dengan jumlah 87 orang (89,7%), kategori cukup sebanyak 8 orang (8,2%), dan kategori kurang sebanyak 2 orang (2,1%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan sebagian besar ibu hamil masuk kedalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci : Protokol Kesehatan, Ibu Hamil, Covid-19
