Abstract

NURSING CARE OF ACUTE PAIN IN PATIENTS POST SECTIO CAESAREA (SC) IN ROOM KENANGA BANGLI HOSPITAL YEAR 2022 ABSTRACT Labor is the process of opening and squeezing the cervix and the fetus down into the birth canal and then ending with the expulsion of a full-term or nearly full-term baby. One method of delivery that is currently in great demand is the method of delivery by sectio caesarea (sc). Delivery with the sc method is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen. In post sc mothers, the mother will experience pain. Pain usually appears 4-6 hours after the delivery process is complete. This study aims to determine the nursing care of acute pain in patients experiencing post sectio caesarea (sc) with foot massage therapy. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a case study approach on one subject in the Kenanga Room, Bangli Hospital. The results of this paper obtained major and minor data at the time of postoperative assessment of patients complaining of pain, grimacing, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, and being protective. With the study data, a nursing diagnosis of acute pain can be formulated. The action taken is giving foot massage therapy. The evaluation obtained after being given nursing care for 3x24 hours the acute pain nursing problem was resolved. The conclusion of giving foot massage therapy can reduce the pain scale of postoperative sectio caesarea patients. Keywords: Acute pain, Sectio caesarea, Foot massage ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA (SC) DI RUANG KENANGA RSUD BANGLI TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Persalinan merupakan proses membuka dan menepisnya serviks dan janin turun kedalam jalan lahir kemudian berakhir dengan pengeluaran bayi yang cukup bulan atau hampir cukup bulan. Salah satu metode persalinan yang saat ini banyak diminati adalah persalinan dengan metode sectio caesarea (sc). Persalinan dengan metode sc adalah suatu cara melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus melalui dinding depan perut. Pada ibu post sc, ibu akan mengalami rasa nyeri. Rasa nyeri biasanya muncul 4-6 jam setelah proses persalinan selesai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien yang mengalami post sectio caesarea (sc) dengan pemberian terapi pijat kaki. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu orang subjek di Ruang Kenanga RSUD Bangli. Hasil karya ilmiah ini didapatkan data mayor dan minor pada saat pengkajian post operasi pasien mengeluh nyeri, tampak meringis, gelisah, sulit tidur, dan bersikap protektif. Dengan data pengakajian dapat dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan nyeri akut. Tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu pemberian terapi pijat kaki. Evaluasi yang didapatkan setelah diberikan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam masalah keperawatan nyeri akut teratasi. Kesimpulan dari pemberian terapi pijat kaki dapat menurunkan skala nyeri pasien post operasi sectio caesarea. Kata kunci: Nyeri akut, Sectio caesarea, Pijat kaki
