Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH BRONCHOPNEUMONIA WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEAN IN THE ORCHID ROOM OF TABANAN HOSPITAL IN 2022 Ni Wayan Resmiati Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: wayanresmiati6@gmail.com. ABSTRACT Bronchopneumonia is a secondary infection usually caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Haemophilus influenzae bacteria that enter the upper respiratory tract, causing inflammation of the bronchi and alveoli. weak and unable to expel phlegm effectively and if not immediately treated will experience obstruction of airway clearance due to retained secretions. Pursed Lips Breathing aims to increase tidal volume, reduce shortness of breath, improve gas exchange, reduce the use of respiratory muscles and keep the airway open to maintain positive airway pressure. This case study aims to explain nursing care for bronchopneumonia children with ineffective airway clearance in the Orchid Room of Tabanan Hospital in 2022. The writing method used is a descriptive method with an approach that is described according to the stages of the nursing process. expelled and breath sounds crackle. This intervention uses the Pursed Lips Breathing technique. The evaluation found that patent airway clearance and coughing became more effective. The conclusion was obtained by using the Purse Lips Breathing technique applied to children to improve airway clearance and coughing more effectively Keywords: Children, Bronchopneumonia, Pursed Lips Breathing ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK BRONKOPNEUMONIA DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG ANGGREK RSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2022 Ni Wayan Resmiati Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: wayanresmiati6@gmail.com ABSTRAK Bronkopneumonia adalah infeksi sekunder yang biasanya disebabkan oleh bakteri Stafilococus Aureus dan Haemofilus Influenza yang masuk ke saluran pernafasan bagian atas sehingga terjadi peradangan pada bronkhus dan alveolus.Ketidakmampuan mengeluarkan dahak merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai pada bayi sampai usia balita, karena pada usia tersebut reflek batuk masih lemah dan tidak mampu mengeluarkan dahak secara efektif dan bila tidak segera mendapatkan penanganan akan mengalami sumbatan bersihan jalan nafas akibat sekresi yang tertahan. Pursed Lips Breathing tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume tidal, mengurangi sesak nafas, memperbaiki pertukaran gas, mengurangi penggunaan otot pernafasan dan menjaga jalan nafas terbuka untuk mempertahankan tekanan positif jalan nafas. Studi kasus ini bertujuan menjelaskan Asuhan keperawatan pada anak Bronkopneumonia dengan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di Ruang Anggrek RSUD Tabanan Tahun 2022. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode diskriptif dengan pendekatan yang diuraikan sesuai dengan tahapan proses keperawatan.Hasilnya didapatkan anak mengeluh batuk, dahak yang sulit dikeluarkan dan suara nafas ronkhi. Intervensi ini dengan teknik Pursed Lips Breathing. Evaluasi didapatkan bersihan jalan nafas dan batuk menjadi lebih efektif.Kesimpulan didapatkan dengan teknik Purse Lips Breathing yang diterapkan pada anak dapat meningkatkan bersihan jalan nafas dan batuk lebih efektif.
