Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN DEFISIT PERAWATAN DIRI MANDI PADA PASIEN STROKE DI RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Stroke adalah penyakit akibat gangguan peredaran darah di otak akibat terhambatnya aliran darah menuju ke otak yang dapat menyebabkan penderita mengalami kelumpuhan bahkan kematian. Pengelolaan defisit perawatan diri mandi merupakan prosedur atau tindakan yang dilakukan oleh perawat dan keluarga pasien untuk memenuhi defisit perawatan diri mandi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan defisit perawatan diri mandi pada pasien stroke di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 31 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komponen observasi yang sudah dilakukan 100% yaitu mengidentifikasi jenis bantuan yang dibutuhkan, dan komponen observasi lainnya belum dilakukan hingga 100%. Komponen terapeutik yang belum dilakukan 100% yaitu menyediakan peralatan mandi (90%), memfasilitasi menggosok gigi (48%), memfasilitasi mandi (45%), mempertahankan kebiasaan kebersihan diri (87%). Semua tindakan edukasi belum dilakukan 100%. Maka diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan (perawat) selalu memberikan pelayanan dan pendidikan kesehatan kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Stroke, Pengelolaan, Perawatan Diri Mandi DESCRIPTION THE MANAGEMENT OF THE BATHING SELF-CARE DEFICIT IN STROKE PATIENTS AT SANJIWANI HOSPITAL GIANYAR IN 2022 ABSTRACT Stroke is a disease due to impaired blood circulation in the brain due to obstruction of blood flow to the brain which can cause the patient to experience paralysis and even death. The management of the bath self-care deficit is a procedure or action taken by nurses and the patient's family to meet the bath self-care deficit. The purpose of the study was to describe the management of the self-care deficit in bathing in stroke patients at the Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar in 2022. The type of research used was descriptive with purposive sampling method. The number of samples used is 31 respondents. The results showed that the observation component that had been carried out was 100%, namely identifying the type of assistance needed, and the other observation components had not been carried out up to 100%. The therapeutic components that have not been carried out 100% are providing toiletries (90%), facilitating tooth brushing (48%), facilitating bathing (45%), maintaining personal hygiene habits (87%). All educational actions have not been carried out 100%. It is hoped that health workers (nurses) always provide health services and education to patients or their families so that they can improve the quality of optimal nursing care services.
