Abstract

GAMBARAN SATURASI OKSIGEN PADA PASIEN GAGAL JANTUNG KONGESTIF DI RSUD KARANGASEM TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Gagal jantung kongestif merupakan ketidakadekuatan jantung dalam memompa dan mendistribusikan darah sehingga kebutuhan oksigen dalam jaringan tidak dapat terpenuhi dan menyebabkan penurunan dalam metabolisme tubuh. Keluhan yang paling sering dialami sesak napas dan nyeri dada. Kegagalan dalam suplai oksigen dapat dillihat dari nilai saturasi oksigen pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengambarkan saturasi oksigen pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif saat masuk rumah sakit sampai hari ketiga perawatan di RSUD Karangasem tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien gagal jantung kongestif. Analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis univariat yaitu analisis statistik deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik dari 30 responden, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 16 orang (53,3%) dan sebagian besar berada pada kelompok umur 56-65 tahun sebanyak 14 orang (46,7%). Rata-rata nilai saturasi oksigen pada saat MRS adalah 91% , hari pertama 95%, hari kedua 97 %, dan hari ketiga 98%, hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan rerata saturasi oksigen dari saat masuk rumah sakit sampai hari ketiga perawatan sebesar 7 %. Kata kunci : gambaran; saturasi oksigen; gagal jantung kongestif DESCRIPTION OF OXYGEN SATURATION IN PATIENTS WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AT GENERAL HOSPITAL DISTRIC KARANGASEM IN 2022 ABSTRACT Congestive heart failure is the inadequacy of the heart in pumping and distributing blood so that the oxygen demand in the tissues cannot be met and causes a decrease in the body's metabolism. The most common complaints are shortness of breath and chest pain. Failure in oxygen supply can be seen from the patient's oxygen saturation value. The purpose of this study was to describe oxygen saturation in patients with congestive heart failure when admitted to the hospital until the third day of treatment at the general hospital distric Karangasem in 2022. The type of research used was quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data from medical records of patients with congestive heart failure. The analysis used is univariate analysis, namely descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed the characteristics of 30 respondents, most of them were female, namely 16 people (53.3%) and most of them were in the age group 56-65 years as many as 14 people (46.7%). The average value of oxygen saturation at the time of in patient hospital admision is 91%, the first day is 95%, the second day is 97%, and the third day is 98%. This indicates an increase in the average oxygen saturation from the time of hospital admission to the third day of careis by 7%. Keywords: description; oxygen saturatin; congestive heart failure
