Abstract

ABSTRAK ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KETIDAKSTABILAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PADA PASIEN DENGAN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BULELENG III TAHUN 2022 Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit kronis berupa gangguan metabolik ditandai dengan kadar gula darah yang melebihi batas normal menurut Kemenkes RI. Laporan statistik Organisasi Internasional Diabetes Federation (IDF) memperkirakan sedikitnya terdapat 463 juta orang pada usia 20-79 tahun di dunia menderita diabetes pada tahun 2019 atau setara dengan angka prevalensi sebesar 9,3% dari total penduduk. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Buleleng, tahun 2020 terdapat 6.849 penderita. Dari catatan medik di Puskesmas Buleleng III bahwa jumlah penderita diabetes melitus meningkat dari tahun 2019-2021. Tujuan penulisan KIAN ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah asuhan keperawatan ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Buleleng III. Metode penelitian ini metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Tahap pengkajian didapat data pasien mengeluh sering merasa haus, sering kencing, cepat lelah, kesemutan pada telapak kaki, dan GDS 555 mg/dl kategori tinggi. Diagnosa Keperawatan yang diangkat ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan keluarga merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit diabetes melitus tipe II pada Ny.S. Intervensi yang diberikan sesuai dengan lima tugas utama keluarga. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan masalah keperawatan teratasi sebagian dan dilanjutkan intervensi. Alternative pemecahan masalah dengan keterlibatan keluarga dalam memberikan terapi latihan fisik senam lansia. Kata Kunci : Diabetes melitus, asuhan keperawatan, latihan fisik senam ABSTRAC NURSING CARE OF BLOOD GLUCOSE STABILITY LEVELS IN DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE II PATIENTS IN THE WORK AREA OF PUSKESMAS BULELENG III ON 2022 According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease in the form of metabolic disorders characterized by blood sugar levels that exceed normal limits. The statistical report of the International Diabetes Federation Organization (IDF) estimates that there are at least 463 million people aged 20-79 years in the world suffering from diabetes in 2019 or equivalent to a prevalence rate of 9.3% of the total population. Data from the Buleleng District Health Office, in 2020 there were 6,849 sufferers. From medical records at the Buleleng III Health Center, the number of people with diabetes mellitus increased from 2019-2021. This study aimed at finding out how to provide nursing care of blood glucose stability levels in diabetes mellitus type II patients in the work area of Puskesmas Buleleng III. This study used descriptive method using a case study approach. In the assessment stage, the data obtained from patients complaining of frequent thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, tingling in the soles of the feet, and a high category GDS of 555 mg/dl. Nursing diagnoses that were appointed were the instability of blood glucose levels related to the inability of the family to care for a family member who was sick with type II diabetes mellitus in Mrs.S. Interventions are given according to the five main tasks of the family. The results of the evaluation showed that the nursing problem was partially resolved and continued with the intervention. Alternative problem solving with family involvement in providing physical exercise therapy for elderly gymnastics. Keywords : Diabetes mellitus, nursing care, physical exercise and gymnastics
