Abstract

NURSING CARE OF ACUTE PAIN IN PATIENT WITH CLOSED FRACTURE COLLUM FEMUR DEXTRA WITH COLD PACK INTERVENTION AT THE APEL ROOM OF KLUNGKUNG DISTRICT HOSPITAL ABSTRAC A fracture is a disorder of the normal contiunity of a bone. Almost all fracture conditions cause discomfort in the form of pain, which can be a potential as well as actual threat to a person's integrity. The purpose of this study is to identify acute pain nursing care in patients close fracture collum femur dextra with cold pack intervention in the Apple Room of Klungkung Hospital including data on the results of the study as well as the results of nursing evaluation. The results of the study found that in nursing studies found patients complained of pain, appeared to wince, be careful avoiding pain, difficulty sleeping, pulse frequency increased by 98x/ minute, and decreased appetite. The diagnosis of nursing formulated is acute pain associated with a physically injuring agent (trauma). The nursing plan refers to the Guidelines of the Indonesian Nursing External Standard (SLKI) with decreased pain level output, and the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standard with the main interventions of pain management, cold compress support interventions, and innovative cold compress interventions using cold packs. The implementation of nursing is carried out in accordance with the planned nursing plan for 3x24 hours. Nursing evaluation shows that acute pain is resolved in the open with the achievement of all established externalities. Cold compress therapy using a cold pack can be an intervention used to lower the intensity of pain in patients with fractures. Keywords : Nursing Care, Fractures, Acute Pain, Cold pack ABSTRAK Fraktur atau patah tulang adalah gangguan dari kontiunitas yang normal dari suatu tulang. Hampir semua kondisi fraktur menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan berupa nyeri, yang dapat menjadi ancaman potensial maupun aktual terhadap integritas seseorang. Tujuan penelituan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien close fraktur collum femur dextra dengan intervensi cold pack Di Ruang Apel RSUD Klungkung meliputi data hasil pengakjian samapai dengan hasil evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menemukan pada pengkajian keperawatan ditemukan pasien mengeluh nyeri, tampak meringis, bersikap berhati-hati menghindari nyeri, sulit tidur, frekuensi nadi meningkat 98x/menit, dan nafsu makan menurun. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik (trauma). Rencana keperawatan mengacu pada pedoman Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dengan luaran tingkat nyeri menurun, dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia dengan intervensi utama manajemen nyeri, intervensi pendukung kompres dingin, dan intervensi inovatif kompres dingin menggunakan cold pack. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang sudah direncanakan selama 3x24 jam. Evaluasi keperawatan menunjukkan nyeri akut teratasi dibuktikaan dengan tercapainya seluruh luaran yang sudah ditetapkan. Pemberian terapi kompres dingin menggunakan cold pack dapat menjadi intervensi yang digunakan untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien dengan fraktur.
