Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT PARU OBSTRUKTIF KRONIK DI RUANG DAHLIA RSUD KABUPATEN TABANAN ABSTRAK penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK) adalah penyakit yang ditandai dengan hambatan aliran udara di saluran nafas yang tidak sepenuhnya reversible dengan gejala pernapasan persisten dan keterbatasan aliran udara yang disebabkan oleh paparan partikel atau gas yang berbahaya. Tujuan penulisan yaitu untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien dengan penyakit paru obstruktif kronik Di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap satu dokumen pasien PPOK dengan melihat dan membandingkan dengan teori. Hasil KIA-N menunjukkan pada pengkajian ditemukan data batuk tidak efektif, tidak mampu batuk, sputum berlebih, wheezing, ronchi, gelisah, frekuensi napas berubah, pola napas berubah, diagnosa keperawatan menggunakan SDKI gejala dan tanda mayor ≥80%, sehingga diagnosa bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dapat ditegakkan, perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan SLKI dan SIKI lebih menekankan pada intervensi Active Cycle Of Breathing Tehnique (ACBT) dan batuk efektif, implementasi sesuai perencanaan, evaluasi dengan hasil bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif meningkat, analisis intervensi didapatkan tiga penelitian yang mendukung, bahwa pemberian terapi pernapasan ACBT dan batuk efektif mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Simpulan saran diharapkan terapi ACBT dan batuk efektif dilakukan secara rutin agar lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Kata Kunci: Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Asuhan Keperawatan, PPOK NURSING CARE FOR PATIENT CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE WITH INEFFECTIVITY AIRWAY CLEARANCE AT DAHLIA ROOM TABANAN GENERAL HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a disease characterized by airflow limitation in the airways that is not fully reversible with persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation caused by exposure to noxious particles or gases. The purpose of writing is to determine ineffective airway clearance nursing care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the Dahlia Room, Tabanan District Hospital. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study design of one COPD patient document by looking at and comparing with theory. The results of the KIA-N showed that in the assessment data were found to be ineffective cough, unable to cough, excess sputum, wheezing, rhonchi, restlessness, respiratory rate changes, breathing patterns change, nursing diagnoses using IDHS major symptoms and signs 80%, so that the diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance can be established, nursing planning using SLKI and SIKI emphasizes intervention Active Cycle Of Breathing Technique (ACBT)and effective cough, implementation according to plan, evaluation with increased ineffective airway clearance, intervention analysis found three studies that support, that the provision of respiratory therapy ACBT and effective cough can overcome ineffective airway clearance.
