Abstract
The availability of adequate pangn for all residents in a region has not guaranteed the population to avoid the problem of food and nutrition. Especially the fulfillment of energy and protein nutrients in which energy and protein must be met in order to achieve the national average of 2150 kcal per capita per day and protein 57 grams per capita per day. The type of research used is the type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study is the household and the respondents in this study are housewives who have criteria: Head of household registered as member of banjar, has at least 2 family members and household is cooking themselves at home. Based on the research result from 41 samples of average level of household energy consumption that is 1543 kcal per capita per day or 58,15% to the recommended average energy sufficiency rate, the average level of household protein consumption is 39,74 gram per capita per day or 44.62% of the recommended average protein adequacy. Food consumption expectation pattern of household score is 83,7 and existence of linkage between level of protein energydan consumption with food consumption level.
