Abstract

FOOD AND POWER APPEARANCE RELATIONSHIP RECEIVE REGULAR FOOD IN THE HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The background of Food Acceptance is acceptance of the food served can be accepted by consumers, the food served is acceptable and runs out without leaving any leftovers. This research method is observational with cross sectional, the respondent's approach is hospital patients, sampling with consecutive the appearance of food and the acceptability of ordinary food in the hospital, the test used to determine the relationship between the appearance of food and the acceptance of ordinary food in the hospital is the Spearman correlation test. 100% said good, texture said 50 - 100% said good, taste said 79.9 - 100% delicious, aroma 43.25% said quite good. Food acceptance can be assessed from the taste of food 26.6% - 35 % stated good, Food Color from 75.7% said good, food appearance 83.9% said good. Conclusion The appearance of food can be assessed from color 25-100% stating attractive, texture 50-100% stating attractive, taste 79.9-100% stating delicious, aroma 43.25% stating quite good from 26.6 to 35% taste good, color 75.7% said good, texture 24.3% said good, appearance 83.9% said good.
