Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF UREUM LEVELS, ALBUMIN LEVELS AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS PATIENTS OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE WITH HEMODIALISA AT SANGLAH HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease is a process patofisiologis with the etiology or cause factor, resulted in a progressive decrease in kidney function. Hemodialysis is a high-tech as a replacement therapy for removing the remains of metabolism using dialiser machine that serves as a replacement kidney. This research aims to provide an overview of the levels of albumin ureum, and nutritional status in patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis as many as 43 people was at Sanglah Denpasar. This type of study is observational design using design approach of cross sectional. The results showed that the average levels of the ureum sample is mostly normal in a category that is as much a 76.7% and albumin levels for most of the samples are also included in the normal category of 86%. Based on the nutritional status of the results showed 74.4% have a good nutritional status categories and as many as 25.6% the have less requirements. Cross table analysis results based on levels of nutritional status with ureum stated that of the 43 samples that have a good nutritional status and levels of normal people as many as 58.1%. And the results of the analysis of cross-table based on the levels of albumin with nutritional status stated that of the 43 samples that have a good nutritional status of normal albumin levels with as many as 60.5%. Keywords : ureum levels, albumin levels, nutritional status, chronic kidney disease GAMBARAN KADAR UREUM, ALBUMIN DAN STATUS GIZI PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS DENGAN HEMODIALISA DI RSUP SANGLAH DENPASAR ABSTRAK Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik merupakan suatu proses patofisiologis dengan etiologi atau faktor penyebab yang beragam, mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi ginjal yang progresif. Hemodialisis adalah suatu teknologi tinggi sebagai terapi pengganti untuk mengeluarkan sisa-sisa metabolisme menggunakan mesin dialiser yang berfungsi sebagai pengganti ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kadar ureum, albumin dan status gizi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis dengan hemodialisis sebanyak 43 orang di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan design pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kadar ureum sampel adalah sebagian besar dalam kategori normal yaitu sebesar 76,7% dan untuk kadar albumin sebagian besar sampel (86%) juga termasuk dalam kategori normal. Berdasarkan status gizi hasil penelitian menunjukkan 74,4% memiliki status gizi kategori baik dan sebesar 25,6% dalam ketegori kurang. Hasil analisis tabel silang berdasarkan kadar ureum dengan status gizi menyatakan bahwa dari 43 sampel yang memiliki status gizi baik dan kadar ureum normal sebesar 58,1%. Dan hasil analisis tabel silang berdasarkan kadar albumin dengan status gizi menyatakan bahwa dari 43 sampel yang memiliki status gizi baik dengan kadar albumin normal sebesar 26 orang (60,5%).
