Abstract
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in children characterized by the child's height being less or shorter than their age due to lack of nutritional intake for a long period of time. Nutritional status is the state of the body as a result of the intake of energy and protein and other essential nutrients with the state of the health of the body's system. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the nutritional status of stunting toddler at the UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Barat in 2021. This type of research is descriptive research by describing a case study. The number of samples in this study were 20 respondents with data collection methods using total sampling. The measuring instrument used was the patient's medical record at the UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Barat. The results in this study showed the average nutritional status based on the TB / U index as follows: very short 17 people (85.0%), short 3 people (15.0%). Based on weight / age as follows: good nutrition 19 people (95.0%), more nutrition 1 person (5.0%). Based on BB / TB as follows: fat 9 people (45.0%), normal 11 people (55.0%). Based on this, it is hoped that the family will be able to supervise and fulfill the food intake their children eat to suit their growth and development needs and routinely monitor the nutritional status of children at the Integrated Healthcare Center.
