Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators of health status in an area and become one of the components of the development index and quality of life index. This Final Project Report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care on mothers 'PM' age 20 years primigravida and children who receive comprehensive obstretric care as comprehensive and continuous from 30 weeks gestation 3 day to 42 days of puerperium. The method use in this data collection is case repots method using primary data such as the results of interviews, observation, examination, and secondary data taken from the documentation of the examination of KIA books and physician health record books Sp.OG. Results of pregnancy up to age 36 weeks 2 days are physiological. Delivery process spontaneously and has matched normal delivery care. During the postpartum period, 'PM' mothers do not experience complication and babies are healthy. Based on the result obtained can be concluded mother's midwife care 'PM' mother from pregnancy until childbirth and newborn babies tahe place physiologically. This indicates that midwives should provide care in accordance with the authority and standard of midwifery services. Keyword : care; pregnancy; labor; postpartum period and 42 days babies.
