Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “WN” 20 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM 36 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POST PARTUM The Case Take Placed In The Working Area of Community Health Center I South of Denpasar In 2021 ABSTRACT Pregnancy in women is a natural and physiological process followed by childbirth and then the puerperium. During the process, if special monitoring is not carried out, it can be the cause and risk of maternal and infant mortality. The midwife profession is a professional staff who plays a role in providing comprehensive and continuous midwifery care from pregnancy to the puerperium in reducing Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This Final Project Report was made to find out the results of midwifery care for Mrs. "WN" from 36 weeks of gestation to 42 days of puerperium. The method used is interview, examination, observation and documentation. The condition of the mother during pregnancy until the time of delivery was within normal limits. The labor process takes place at 38 weeks 5 days of gestation physiologically. The puerperal period of Mrs. "WN" took place physiologically, the process of uterine involution, expenditure of lochia and the process of breastfeeding. The growth and development of newborns to babies aged 42 days takes place physiologically. Midwives are expected to increase knowledge, provide care according to standards, and have authority so as to increase early detection of complications, prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and infancy.
