Abstract
ANEMIA STATUS OF PRINCESS ADOLESCENT ACCORDING TO KNOWLEDGE OF ANEMIA AND THE CONSUMPTION OF IRON (Fe) ABSTRACT Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially developing countries where an estimated 30% of the population suffers from anemia. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia reached 23.7%. Several factors that are thought to affect anemia in adolescent girls include knowledge about anemia in and consumption patterns. This study aims to describe the anemia status of adolescent girls according to the level of knowledge about anemia and the level of consumption of iron (Fe). The research design used is a systematic review. The journals used in the literature review were obtained through the Google Scholar database which was taken from 2015 to 2020. The method used in data collection was the narrative method by grouping similar data according to the results measured to answer the research objectives and the research results were obtained from 6 journal. The results of a literature review show that the status of anemia in Indonesia is still higher than the data from Riskesdas in 2018 which ranges from 37% to 63%, Knowledge of adolescent girls who are classified as less still ranges from 3.2% to 64.9%, intake of iron (Fe) the less category ranged from 7% to 74.1%. The relationship between knowledge and anemia status is heterogeneous. The relationship between iron (Fe) consumption and anemia is also heterogeneous.
