Abstract
Pregnancy, childbirth and nifas are normal conditions experienced by a woman. A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that will cause complications both in the mother and the fetus and can cause pain and death. Fetal care in mothers from 31 weeks gestation 1 day to 42 days nifas period aims to know the development of mother and baby. Data retrieval methods are conducted interviews, examinations, documentation studies, and observations. The results of the examination of the mother at 39 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy have a transverse position in the fetus and an indication of CPD (cephalopelvic disproportion). The process of childbirth takes place sectio caesarean (SC). At the time of nifas there were no signs of danger to the mother, the process of involution, expenditure of lochea and lactation up to 42 days of nifas period was normal. The development of the baby from the newborn to 42 days lasts normally. Conclusion of the results of midwifery care that has been given is pregnancy until the eve of delivery takes place pathologically, because of indications of CPD and latitude. Nifas conditions including the process of involution went smoothly, lochea production was normal, and the lactation process was no problem. The condition of the baby Mother "LY" from birth to 42 days in good health. The Final Task Report is expected to provide an overview and information on the implementation of continuous midwifery care so as to help maternal and child health programs.
