Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are two indicators that describe the level of public health. Midwife is one of health workers that related with maternity and who gave the comprehensive care to the pregnancy till postpartum. The case report purpose is to explain the implementation midwifery care for Mrs. "PE" 22 years old mother and their babies who receive midwifery care comprehensively and sustainably. This study uses case report methode with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. The result of the midwifery care proceeds physiologically. This could be identified during third trimester of the healthy pregnancy and experienced physiological issue by the mother. The well-being Fetal is indicated by a good rate of the heartbeat of the fetal and fetal movement felt active. The labor process took place at 39 weeks and 6 days of gestation and did not get complication.During the process of uterine involution, lochea, lactation, until 42 days are in normal limits The neonatal’s care giving with standars. The developmental and growth of the baby runs physiologically. Providing midwife care with standards is very important to control and detect the complications in the process of pregnancy, labour, postpartum and the baby.
