Abstract
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory disease whose infection spreads very quickly until it is declared a pandemic. Covid-19 patients can experience various health problems, one of which sleep disturbances. The purpose of writing this KIAN is to apply nursing care to Mrs. H with Sleep Pattern Disorders in the COVID-19 case in the Gandasturi Room, Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar. Based on the results of the assessment carried out subjective data obtained where she said it was difficult to sleep at night because he was worried about his current condition, the patient also had trouble sleeping because of the foreign environment. Objective data obtained that the patient appeared to be yawning during the assessment and there were eye bags. The main nursing diagnosis raised was sleep pattern disturbance. One of the interventions given to overcome the problem of nursing diagnoses of sleep pattern disorders is the provision of Eye Masks and Earplugs. The evaluation results are eye masks and earplugs are effective in overcoming sleep disturbances in Covid-19 patients. Keywords: Sleep Pattern Disorders, Eye Masks, Earplugs
