Abstract
The Nursing Care Of Impaired Physical Mobility To Ny. M With Close Fracture Clavicula Sinistra Post Orif In The Recovery Room Medical Surgery Sanjiwani Hospital ABSTRACT Upper extremity fractures is the second highest cases in the Indonesia, by 32.7% and permanent physical disability due to fractures by 9.2% in 2018. This scientific aims to determine the description of nursing care for impaired physical mobility with a close fracture of the left shoulder after ORIF in the OK recovery room Sanjiwani Hospital. The method used is descriptive with a case study approach by providing nursing care. Analysis of nursing assessment that both patients complained of difficulty moving the left shoulder. Analysis of nursing diagnoses that both patients according to the rules of the SDKI PPNI 2016. Analysis of the nursing plan that both patients was in accordance with the rules of SDKI PPNI 2016 with ROM actions. Analysis the nursing implementation of the two patients was in accordance with the nursing plan. After nursing evaluation for 1 x 2 hours, the impaired physical mobility is partially resolved and the intervention will continues. The effect of ROM on patients with closed left shoulder fractures post ORIF is effective for exercising range of motion and preventing muscle stiffness. Patients are expected to control according to a predetermined schedule and families can take independent nursing actions at home.
