Abstract
Schizophrenia as a form of severe mental disorder is an inability to communicate or recognize reality which causes difficulties in a person's ability to play a role properly in everyday life. It is estimated that more than 90% of clients with schizophrenia experience hallucinations, namely perceptual disturbances that cause clients to perceive something that is not actually happening. One of the psychiatric nursing therapies that can be used in treating patients with hallucinations is the perception stimulation group activity therapy. Group activity therapy (TAK) is a modality therapy that nurses do to a group of clients who have the same nursing problem. TAK is appropriate for clients with the main problem of sensory changes in perception of hallucinations are activities in the form of stimulation and perception. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to conduct Hallucinating Nursing Care for patient with Hebephrenic Schizophrenia in the Graha Nisada Room of the Bali Province Mental Hospital. Intervention and implementation of perception stimulation group activity therapy conducted on Patient is adjusted to the positive abilities it has. After the perception stimulation group activity therapy was carried out, the results were that he never heard scary voices, good eye contact and adequate sleep, the patient was able to mention the benefits of the activities provided. The results of this paper can provide information to improve the quality of mental nursing services. Keywords : Group Activity Therapy, Skizofrenia, Sensory Perception Disorder
