Abstract
Hyperglycemia is a complication of diabetes mellitus. Hyperglycemia in the long term causes disruption of peripheral tissue perfusion. Impaired peripheral tissue perfusion that causes various symptoms must be treated immediately to prevent further complications. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an adjuvant therapy thatcan be given to patients with impaired peripheral perfusion.This nursing care is carried out inthe Hyperbaric Room of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. Therapy is carried out 5 times in one session. The results of this nursing care show that the provision of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can reduce complaints caused by ineffective peripheral perfusion disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is hoped that the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be utilized by various parties concerned. Key words: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,Risk OfPeripheral perfusion, hyperbaric oxygen therapy
