Abstract

ABSTRAK Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) yang merupakan gagal ginjal akut yang sudah berlangsung lama dengan rusaknya fungsi ginjal yang terjadi bertahun-tahun, bersifat progresif dan irreversible sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan yang persisten. Hemodialisis merupakan terapi yang paling tepat untuk mengatasi kerusakan ginjal pada klien Chronic Kidney Disease. Salah satu gangguan pada Chronic Kidney Disease yaitu suatu sindrom klinis yang disebabkan penurunan fungsi yang bersifat menahun, berlangsung progresif, seperti kejadian mual dan muntah. Aromaterapi merupakan salah satu metode terapi yang menggunakan bahan cairan tanaman yang mudah menguap atau dikenal sebagai minyak essensial dan senyawa aromatik lainnya dari tumbuhan yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu terapi alternativ dan terapi komplementer untuk meminimalkan efek samping terapi farmakologi seperti mual. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa terhadap kasus kelolaan pasien CKD dengan intervensi inovasi pemberian aromaterapi dalam membantu mengurangi gangguan mual-mual yang dialami pasien CKD dengan haemodialisa. Dari hasil analisis peneliti pada tanggal 15 april, 19 april, 22 april dan tanggal 19 april, 22 april, 26 april 2021. Kesimpulan evaluasi intervensi inovasi aromaterapi mampu menurunkan gangguan mual pasien yang menjalani proses hemodialisis. Kata kunci : hemodialisis, chronic kidney disease, aromaterapi Nursing Care Of Nausea In Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V Intradialysis In Hemodialysis Room Rsud Sanjiwani Gianyar 2021 ABSTRACT Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which is acute kidney failure that has been going on for a long time with damage to kidney function that occurs for years, is progressive and irreversible, resulting in a persistent disorder. Hemodialysis is the most appropriate therapy to treat kidney damage in Chronic Kidney Disease clients. One of the disorders in Chronic Kidney Disease is a clinical syndrome caused by a chronic, progressive decline in function, such as nausea and vomiting. Aromatherapy is a therapeutic method that uses volatile plant liquid ingredients known as essential oils and other aromatic compounds from plants that can be used as an alternative therapy and complementary therapy to minimize side effects of pharmacological therapy such as nausea. This Final Scientific Work of Nurses (KIAN) aims to analyze cases managed by CKD patients with innovative interventions providing aromatherapy to help reduce nausea and vomiting experienced by CKD patients with hemodialysis. From the results of the researcher's analysis on April 15 and April 19, 2021.
