Abstract
NURSING CARE AT THE RISK OF INEFFECTIVE CEREBRAL PERFUSION IN HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS ABSTRAC Hemorrhagic stroke occurs due to bleeding into the brain due to rupture of a blood vessel. Stroke can occur as a result of blockage or rupture of a blood vessel in the brain that causes a decrease in oxygen levels in brain cells. Stroke is the leading cause of death globally, with 17 million deaths worldwide each year, which is one in three deaths. The purpose of writing this final scientific paper for nurses is to determine the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion nursing care in hemorrhagic stroke patients. The method of writing this paper uses a nursing care approach. The results of this scientific paper show that the study of the two managed cases resulted in subjective data experiencing weakness in half of the body, and objective data on increased blood pressure, headaches, decreased muscle strength in half of the body. The nursing diagnosis of the two managed cases was the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion. Planning is prepared using SIKI and SLKI as a reference. Head up intervention of 30 degrees is given based on evidence based practice. The implementation given is the management of increased intracranial pressure with a 30 degree head up innovation intervention in the form of observation, therapeutic, and collaboration actions. The results of the evaluation showed a decrease in blood pressure, a decrease in MAP, an increase in oxygen saturation in the two cases managed so that it was proven that the 30 degree head up intervention could increase cerebral perfusion so that it could be used as an intervention in hemorrhagic stroke patients.
