Abstract
Schizophrenia is a form of severe mental disorder that is often found. It is estimated that more than 90% of clients with schizophrenia experience hallucinations. Hallucinations are disturbances or changes in perception so that patients perceive something that actually did not happen. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to analyze nursing care in patients with hallucinatory nursing problems through instrumental music therapy interventions in Sahadewa Room, Bali Province Mental Hospital. Nursing actions that have been taken include teaching how to control hallucinations by rebuking, conversing, scheduled activities and taking medication regularly which are carried out together with the administration of instrumental music therapy four times in seven days. Evaluate the results of the action ie the client is able to control hallucinations. The recommendations given are nursing actions with an implementation strategy approach and instrumental music therapy need to be combined in the management of hallucinatory patients.
