Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various groups to be susceptible to infection with the Covid-19 virus, one of which is pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the prevention and control of Covid -19 in the UPT Puskesmas Bangli I. This study was a descrip-tive with a cross sectional approach. The samples of 44 people was selected using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling. Measuring the level of knowledge using a questionnaire. The results of the study found that most preg-nant women aged 21 years were 10 people (22,7%), most pregnant women had high school education as many 23 people (52.3%) and tertiary education institu-tions (PT) as many 15 people (34,1%), the majority of pregnant women worked as housewives were 19 people (40,91%) and the majority of pregnant women have good knowledge about the prevention and control of Covid-19 as many 39 people (88,6%). Suggestions for this research need to make a breakthrough in online pregnancy monitoring efforts and strengthen health promotion efforts coordinated by village midwives in the UPT Puskesmas Bangli 1 Keywords: Prevention, Control, Covid-19, Pregnant Women, Knowledge
