Abstract

Human activities cause many problems in the world of health, one of which is fracture or fracture. Fractures are generally caused by trauma or physical activity where there is excessive pressure on the bone. One of the nursing problems in patients with fractures is impaired physical mobility. The purpose of writing this KIAN is to apply early mobilization nursing care to the problem of nursing the patient's physical mobility disorders. A with a post ORIF femur fracture in the Angsoka Room Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. Data collection methods in this case report use interviews with clients, family and room nurses, observation of clients, direct physical examination and study of documentation or literature. The assessment stage shows that the patient complains that his left leg feels stiff and heavy and is afraid to move it. Based on the results of the assessment conducted, the main nursing diagnoses raised were impaired physical mobility. One of the interventions given to overcome nursing diagnosis problems with physical mobility disorders is the provision of early mobilization. Hail evaluation shows that early mobilization is effective in overcoming physical mobility disorders in post ORIF patients. Nursing care for post ORIF patients who have impaired physical mobility needs to be considered by every nurse to prevent more serious health problems.
