Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF MOBILIZATION MANAGEMENT IN STROKE PATIENTS AT RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR IN 2021 ABSTRACT Stroke is a brain functional disorder that occurs suddenly with clinical signs and symptoms both focal and global that lasts more than 24 hours, or can cause death, caused by disorders of the blood circulation of the brain. This condition causes impaired mobilization in the physical activity of stroke patients. Mobilization is an individual's ability to move freely, easily and regularly. This study aims to determine the description of the management of mobilization in stroke patients at RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar in 2021. This type of research is a descriptive type of research with a quantitative design. The number of population in this study were 42 patients and used a sample of 30 patients diagnosed with stroke at RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling. The instrument in this study was a data collection sheet for mobilization management. The results showed that of the 30 patients, there was an observation component in the monitoring of heart frequency and blood pressure before starting the mobilization had not been carried out (100%), the therapeutic component of the facilitation carried out the movement, if necessary it had been done (100%), and the educational component explained the objectives and mobilization procedures have not been carried out (100%). It is recommended that health workers be able to provide health services to stroke patients not only to focus on managing mobilization but also need to pay attention to independence in activities.
