Abstract

ASSOCIATION POST PARTUM ANXIETY WITH THE PRODUCTION OF BREAST MILK IN THE BANGLI GENERAL HOSPITAL MIDWIFERY CLINIC 2021 ABSTRACT Psychological changes in postpartum mothers can cause anxiety so that it affects the production of breast milk. Mother's milk is very good for baby's growth. The purpose of this study was to identify the anxiety level of postpartum mothers, identify breast milk production and identify the relationship between postpartum maternal anxiety and breast milk production. The design of this research was associative analytic with cross sectional approach. Using a population of all postpartum women who made outpatient visits at the Midwifery Clinic of Bangli General Hospital in April - May 2021, with a sample size of 49 people, namely the seventh day postpartum women who met the inclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. The HARS questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect anxiety data and an observation sheet to explore the production of breast milk. The results regarding postpartum maternal anxiety are around 53.1% and breast milk production is around 51.0%. Bivariate analysis using Chi - Square test at a significance level of 95%. The obtained value of 0.001 is smaller than the significant value of 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between postpartum maternal anxiety and breast milk production at the Midwifery Clinic, Bangli General Hospital. Researchers suggest that an assessment and treatment of the level of anxiety in postpartum mothers be carried out. Keywords: Anxiety, postpartum mothers, breast milk production HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN IBU NIFAS DENGAN PRODUKSI AIR SUSU IBU DI KLINIK KEBIDANAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM BANGLI TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Perubahan psikologis pada ibu nifas dapat menimbulkan kecemasan sehingga mempengaruhi produksi Air Susu Ibu. Air Susu Ibu sangat baik untuk pertumbuhan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas, mengidentifikasi produksi ASI dan mengidentifikasi hubungan kecemasan ibu nifas dengan produksi Air Susu Ibu. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik asosiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Menggunakan populasi seluruh ibu nifas yang melakukan kunjungan rawat jalan di Klinik Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Umum Bangli pada Bulan April – Mei 2021, dengan besar sampel adalah 49 orang yaitu ibu nifas hari ketujuh yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kuisioner HARS digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk menggali data kecemasan dan lembar observasi untuk menggali tentang produksi Air Susu Ibu. Hasil mengenai kecemasan ibu nifas sekitar 53,1% dan produksi Air Susu Ibu sekitar 51,0%. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi – Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95%. Diperoleh nilai ρ 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan 0,05. Simpulan ada hubungan antara kecemasan ibu nifas dengan produksi air susu ibu di Klinik Kebidanan Rumah Sakit Umum Bangli. Peneliti menyarankan agar dilakukan pengkajian dan penanganan terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada setiap ibu nifas. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, ibu nifas, produksi Air Susu Ibu
