Abstract

NURSING CARE INEFFECTIVITY AIRWAY CLEARANCE FOR CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD) PATIENT IN EMERGENCY ROOM SANJIWANI HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Ineffective airway clearance is a major problem in COPD because it can cause difficulty breathing, resulting in cyanosis, fatigue, apathy, feeling weak, and narrowing of the airway that can cause airway obstruction. The aims of KIA-N is to find out nursing care of ineffective airway clearance in COPD patients in the Emrgency Room Sanjiwani Hospital. The method is descriptive with a case study design of two COPD patient documents by observation and comparing theory. The results is show that in the assessment are ineffective cough, unable to cough, excess sputum, wheezing, rhonchi, restlessness, changing respiratory rate, changing breathing patterns, nursing diagnoses using the SDKI for symptoms and major signs ≥80%, ineffectivity airway clearance can be enforced, nursing planning using SLKI and SIKI emphasis on chest physiotherapy and effective cough interventions, implementation according to nursing intervention,, evaluation with results of ineffective airway clearance quite improved, analysis of interventions obtained five research which support, that chest physiotherapy and effective cough are able to overcome ineffective airway clearance. The conclusion is hoped that chest physiotherapy and cough effective carried out routinely because this intervention becomes more effective for resolve the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Keywords: Ineffective Airway Clearence, Nursing Care, COPD ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT PARU OBSTRUKTIF KRONIS (PPOK) DI IGD RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR ABSTRAK Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif menjadi masalah utama pada PPOK karena dapat menyebabkan kesulitan bernafas sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya sianosis, kelelahan, apatis, merasa lemah, penyempitan jalan nafas yang dapat menyebabkan obstruksi jalan nafas. Tujuan penulisan yaitu untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien PPOK di IGD RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua dokumen pasien PPOK dengan melihat dan membandingkan kedua dokumen dan dengan teori. Hasil KIA-N menunjukkan pada pengkajian ditemukan data batuk tidak efektif, tidak mampu batuk, sputum berlebih, wheezing, ronchi, gelisah, frekuensi napas berubah, pola napas berubah, diagnosa keperawatan menggunakan SDKI gejala dan tanda mayor ≥80%, sehingga diagnosa bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dapat ditegakkan, perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan SLKI dan SIKI lebih menekankan pada intervensi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif, implementasi sesuai perencanaan, evaluasi dengan hasil bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif cukup membaik, analisis intervensi didapatkan lima penelitian yang mendukung, bahwa pemberian fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Simpulan saran diharapkan fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif dilakukan secara rutin agar lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif.
