Abstract
OPTIMISM OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AT SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL IN 2021 ABSTRACT Chronic Renal Failure is a disease condition with structural or functional abnormalities in the kidneys , which can be a structural abnormality of the kidneys that can be examined through several laboratory parameters . In patients with failing kidneys chronicle will undergo treatment is hemodialysis in a period of time long, the treatment period the length of this that affect the taste of optimism the patient to recover . The research is aimed to know the level of optimism In Patients Failing Kidneys Chronic In Hospital Sanjiwani Gianyar Year 2021. The type of research that is used is the type of research descriptive with the design of the study quantitative . The number of respondents in the study This is the 30 patients who experienced a failed kidney chronic in hospital Sanjiwani Gianyar . Instruments of research this is the Life Orientation Test - Revised ( LOT-R) . Results of the study showed that out of 30 respondents as many as 16 people (53.3%) considered the level of optimism high , 10 people (33.3%) diketegori optimism moderate , and 4 people (13.33%) categorized optimism remdah. Most of the optimistic levels experienced by Chronic Kidney Failure patients at Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital are at high optimistic levels. Keywords : Optimisms, Chronic kidney disease
