Abstract
ABSTRACT DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR MODERATE HEAD INJURI WITH ACUTE PAIN IN NUSA INDAH WARD BANGLI HOSPITAL IN 2018 Medium Head Injuries (CKS) are head injuries accompanied by temporary loss of consciousness. Nursing problems that appear in CKS patients are acute pain. According to research as much as 82% of CKS patients experience acute pain with mild to severe pain scale. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in CKS patients with acute pain nursing problems. The type of research used is a descriptive research type with case study design on at least two nursing documents that were observed in depth using documentation study by observing the patient's nursing document. The data collection tool in the form of study guide of documentation can be a check list that should be filled by the researcher which consists of two choices (yes / no). The results showed that there were similarities between two CKS patients experiencing acute pain in documenting nursing care in the Nusa Indah room RSU Bangli but having some differences with the theory used as a reference by the researchers. This indicates that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory used as a reference by nurses in Nusa Indah Room RSU Bangli and researchers. Keywords: Nursing Care, CKS, Acute Pain.
