Abstract
NURSING CARE DESCRIPTION OF PREGNANT WOMAN HIV INFECTED WITH ANXIETY PROBLEM IN THE OBSTETRIC POLYCLINIC OF WANGAYA HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The prevalence of HIV in pregnant women has been increased in every year, if anxiety not treated it will have an impact in the mother and fetus development is impaired.Nursing problem that often arises in pregnant woman with HIV infected is anxiety. The purpose of this research is to describe the nursing care in pregnant women HIV infected with anxiety problem, this research used descriptive research, with observational study design, approach to the design documentation. Subjects in this research were two patients with HIV-infected in pregnant women with anxiety problem. Data were collected by observation and documentation of the patient’s medical record. The results of this research are in assessment there are similarities between the patient’s medical record and the theory, that showed the problem in pregnant women HIV infected is anxiety. Nursing diagnoses documented in the medical record there is a difference with the theoryfor the room attendant to formulate a diagnosis based midwifery care while researcher used nursing care. Nursing plans for anxiety problems is give health education to the patient about the patient's disease, intervention included in the integrated education records. Implementation of nursing in the medical record has been implemented in accordance with the nursing intervention. Evaluation of nursing in the medical record with the theory there is a difference in how to writing SOAP, especially in the assessment. Keywords : Nursing care, Pregnant women HIV infected, Anxiety
