Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING IN PATIENTS WITH PROBLEMSHEMORRHAGIC STROKE INTOLERANCEACTIVITIES Oleg Space Studies in Badung Mangusada 2018 Hospital ABSTRACT Stroke is a condition that arises as a result of circulatory disorders in the brain that cause the death of brain tissue resulting in a person suffering from paralysis or death. A common nursing problems caused by the hemorrhagic stroke that causes Activity intolerance of intolerance of activity are: the imbalance between supply and oxygen demand, bedrest, weakness, immobilization, monotonous lifestyle. In patients Haemorrhagic Stroke activity intolerance that causes musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal Disorders is a condition that interferes with the functioning joint ligaments, muscles, nerves and Tondon and spine. (Arif, 2008). This study aims to describe nursing care in patients with a hemorrhagic stroke on Space Activity intolerance Oleg Mangusada Hospital Badung 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design of two patients were observed in depth using documentary study by observing documents nursing patients. Data collection tools such as study guides can be aof documentation check list that must be filled by the researchers consisted of two choices (yes / no). The results showed that there are similarities between the two hemorrhagic stroke patients who experience intolerance in documentation of nursing care activity in the room. However, there is little difference with this teori.Hal indicate that documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory referred by nurses in hospitals Oleg Lounge Mangusada Badung and researchers. The results of the study are expected in patients with hemorrhagic stroke is to provide an understanding of a comprehensive nursing care to patients in hemorrhagic stroke with activity intolerance.
