Abstract
The incidence of hypertension in the world reached 1 billion people, in Indonesia in reached 25.8% of cases at age ≥ 18 years, in 2016 in Bali for 89 394 patients, in Gianyar in 2017 as many as 3,201 people, in public of health Sukawati 1 gianyar in 2016 amounted to 2,913 cases. The impact of hypertension in patients who have anxiety such as increased rates of stroke and heart failure. As used in the preparation of a scientific paper is a case study. In this case study is using by 2 clients with the same case. Methods of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation are carried out on 27-29 April 2018 in Banjar Manyar, Ketewel Village, District Sukawati. The result is in the second study of patients with fears caused by anxiety and their health status. Diagnosis is anxiety. Interventions were made in accordance with the theory, the implementation of which is adjusted to the intervention.in the beginning blood pressure Ny. N is 150/90 mmHg decreased to 130/90 mmHg, the anxiety score is reduce from 17 to 13, as well Ny. M blood pressure is reduced from 170/100 mmHg to 150/90 mmHg, anxiety score is reduce from 17 to 13. The evaluation was done by the subjective and objective respon at the end the issue is resolved.The success of nursing care in hypertensive patients can cope with the level of anxiety in patients with hypertension.
