Abstract
MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “WP” 23 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 32 WEEKS AND 2 DAYS GESTATIONAL AGE UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD Case report do in UPT Kesmas Sukawati II working area ABSTRACT Women during pregnancy experience complaints one of which is back pain caused by an enlarged abdomen. This case report aims to determine the results of the application of midwifery care for pregnant women from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, the puerperium, and newborns. The method used is a case report with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. The labor process takes place in a caesarean section due to premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress. During the puerperium there were no danger signs found in the mother. The process of involution in the discharge of lochea and the process of lactation up to 42 days of the postpartum period is normal. Midwifery care for babies according to standards. Development of the condition of newborns, neonates to 42-day-old babies walk physiologically. Midwives are expected to provide midwifery care according to standards and authority so as to prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and baby.
