Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS COPD WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN DAHLIA GARING WARD TABANAN HOSPITAL 2020 ABSTRACT COPD is a disease of the respiratory tract, which can cause obstruction of air flow with manifestations of shortness of breath and interference with tissue oxygenation and followed by chronic airway obstruction. Irritation from particles and harmful gases can trigger inflammation which causes inhibits mucociliary clearance, the factor that causes mucociliary clearance is goblet cell proliferation. Increasing the number of cells and increasing the size of mucous-producing gland cells results in mucus buildup resulting in ineffective airway clearance. this study aims to describe the nursing care in patients COPD with ineffective airway clearance in Dahlia Garing ward Tabanan Hospital on 2020. The type of research is descriptive research with a case study design of two documens patient with COPD by observation and comparing with theory. The data collect by the form of data collection sheets.The result obtained from this study are that in the assessment of major minor data there are 7 (60%) statements that have been reviewed, in diagnoses 9 (25%) statements found, in the intervention as many as 13 data and in the case data there are 6 (40%) data related to SIKI,in the implementation of 6 (40%) statements were found and evaluation of nursing using the SOAP format. The differents because the theory used by the hospital is different from the researcher. Keywords: COPD, Ineffective Airway Clearance, Nursing Care. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG DAHLIA GARING BRSU TABANAN TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK PPOK merupakan penyakit pada saluran pernapasan,yang dapat mengakibatkan hambatan aliran udara dengan manifestasi sesak napas dan gangguan oksigenasi jaringan serta diikuti dengan adanya obstruksi jalan napas yang sifatnya menahun. iritasi yang secara terus-menerus yang berasal dari partikel dan gas berbahaya dapat memicu inflamasi yang menghambat pembersihan mukosiliar, faktor yang menyebabkan gagalnya pembersihan mukosiliar adalah adanya proliferasi sel goblet. Peningkatan jumlah sel dan bertambahnya ukuran sel kelenjar penghasil mukus mengakibatkan penumpukan mucus sehingga mengakibatkan bersihan jalan nafas menjadi tidak efektif . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien PPOK dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di Ruang Dahlia Garing BRSU Tabanan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua dokumen pasien PPOK dengan melihat dan membandingkan kedua dokumen dan dengan teori yang digunakan. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar pengumpulan data. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pada pengkajian data mayor minor terdapat 7(60%) pernyataan yang sudah dikaji, pada diagnosa 9 (25%) pernyataan ditemukan , pada intervensi sebanyak 13 data dan pada data kasus terdapat 6 (40%) data yang terkait dengan SIKI, pada implementasi 6 (40%) pernyataan ditemukan dan evaluasi keperawatan menggunakan format SOAP. Perbedaan terjadi karena teori yang digunakan Rumah Sakit berbeda dengan peneliti. Kata kunci: PPOK, Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Asuhan Keperawatan.
