Abstract

Preeclampsia is a disease that is directly caused by pregnancy, severe preeclampsia is often found in third trimester pregnant women and often occurs at the age of 35 years and is characterized by hypertension, edema, proteinuria and can cause the risk of injury to the fetus to be born. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia to overcome the problem of risk of injury to the fetus. This type of research is used descriptive withtechnique riview data repository conducted on two patient attachments, namely downloading data, processing data and describing the results of observing data on two attachments obtained from data attachment results from Yulia Hasni Scientific Writing research through the repository website Health PolytechnicMinistry of Health of Padang. The results obtained include nursing assessment there are differences in the results of data from the repository with the theory that is used as a reference by the author. Diagnosis in the two patient documents there is a difference, namely the diagnosis formulated obstetric diagnosis. The intervention was not documented in the two patient attachments. Implementation uses formative evaluation. The nursing evaluation used is SOAP documentation. Keywords: Nursing care, Pregnant women with severe preeclampsia, Risk of injury to the fetus Preeklamsia merupakan penyakit yang langsung disebabkan oleh kehamilan, preeklamsia berat sering ditemukan pada wanita hamil trimester ketiga dan sering terjadi pada usia 35 tahun ke atas ditandai dengan hipertensi, edema, proteinuria Serta dapat menyebabkan risiko cedera pada janin yang akan dilahirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu hamil dengan preeklamsia berat untuk mengatasi masalah risiko cedera pada janin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan teknik riview data repository yang dilakukan pada dua lampiran pasien, yaitu melakukan pengunduhan data, mengolah data dan menguraikan hasil pengamatan data terhadap dua lampiran yang diperoleh dari data lampiran hasil penelitian Karya Tulis Ilmiah Yulia Hasni melalui situs website repository Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Padang. Hasil yang didapatkan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada hasil data dari repository dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh penulis. Diagnosis pada kedua dokumen pasien terdapat perbedaan yaitu diagnosis yang dirumuskan diagnosis kebidanan. Intervensi tidak didokumentasikan pada kedua lampiran pasien. Implemetasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan adalah pendokumentasian SOAP.
