Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan suatu gangguan utama pada proses piker yang dapat mengakibatkan inkoherensi dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Risiko perilaku kekerasan adalah bentuk ekspresi kemarahan yang tidak sesuai, dimana seseorang melakukan tindakan yang dapat membahayakan dirinya sendiri, orang lain dan bahkan merusak lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi III, di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian yang dilakukan melalui observasi dengan menggunakan lembar observasi terhadap 5 subyek penelitian dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu risiko perilaku kekerasan. Rencana keperawatan pada psaien risiko perilaku kekerasan yaitu pasien dapat diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi III. Implementasi yang diberikan pada ke-5 subyek penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan intervensi yang telah direncanakan. Hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan pada ke-5 subyek penelitian yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi III. Kata kunci: Skizofrenia, Risiko perilaku kekerasan, terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi III Schizophrenia is a major disturbance in the thought process it can lead to incoherence and risk of violent behavior. Risk of violent behavior is a form of expression of anger that is not appropriate, where a person takes actions that can injure themselves, others and even damage the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Nursing Care Giving Therapy Activity Group Activity Perception Stimulation Session III, in UPTD RSJ Dinkes Bali Province in 2020. The type of research used is descriptive research with a descriptive design with the design of violence. case study. The results of the assessment carried out through observation using observation sheets on 5 research subjects formulated nursing diagnoses, namely the risk of violent behavior. Nursing plans for risk behaviors of violent patients ie patients can be given group activity perception stimulation therapy sessions III. The implementation given to the two research subjects was carried out in accordance with the planned interventions. Evaluation results obtained in the 5 research subjects were group therapy activity perception perception III.
