Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE GIVING THERAPY ACTIVITY GROUP SENSORI PERCEPTION STIMULATION: TWELVE PROPERLY TAKING MADICATION TO CONTROL SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS OF SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENTS IN 2020 (Case Study Conducted at UPTD. RSJ Bali Provincial Health Office) ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that affects perception, ways of thinking, language, emotions and behavior. Hallucinations are perceptual disorders where a person perceives something that is not actually happening, marked by talking to himself, laughing to himself. This study aims to determine the Description of Nursing Care Giving Theraphy Activity Group Sensory Perception Stimulation Twelve Properly Taking Medication to Control Sensori Perception Disosrders of Schizophrenic Patients in UPTD RSJ Provincial Health Office in Bali. This research is a descriptive type with a case study design. The assessment was carried out by observation, documentation and interviews with nurses on five subjects with diagnoses of sensory perception disorder. Nursing plan that is therapeutic activity group stimulation of sensory in all five subjects, the implementation of which was given in accordance with the planned interventions. The evaluation results found an increase in controlling hallucinations after being given therapeutic activity in a group of twelve properly taking medication. The conclusion based on this research is the correspondence between the researcher's findings, other research findings and theories from the beginning of the assessment to the evaluation. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI AKTIVITAS KELOMPOK STIMULASI PERSEPSI SENSORI : DUA BELAS BENAR MINUM OBAT UNTUK MENGONTROL GANGGUAN PERSEPSI SENSORI PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA TAHUN 2020 (Studi Kasus Dilakukan di UPTD. RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali) ABSTRAK Skizofrenia adalah gangguan mental yang mempengaruhi persepsi, cara berpikir, bahasa, emosi dan perilaku. Halusinasi merupakan gangguan persepsi dimana seseorang mepersepsikan sesuatu yang sebenarnya tidak terjadi ditandai dengan berbicara sendiri, tertawa sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi Sensori Dua Belas Benar Minum Obat Untuk Mengontrol Gangguan Persepsi Sensori Pasien Skizofrenia Di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengkajian dilakukan secara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada perawat terhadap lima subjek dengan diagnosa gangguan persepsi sensori. Pasien gangguan persepsi diberikan rencana keperawatan yaitu terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sensori dua belas benar minum obat pada kelima subjek, implementasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan intervensi yang telah direncanakan. Hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan adanya peningkatan dalam mengontrol halusinasi setelah diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok dua belas benar minum obat. Kesimpulan berdasarkan penelitian ini yaitu adanya kesesuaian antara temuan peneliti, temuan penelitian lainnya dan teori dari awal pengkajian hingga evaluasi.
