Abstract

Abstrak Skripsi : The issue of early marriage is one of the topics of significant concern in the framework of Sustainable Development Goals. Less knowledge of maturing the age of marriage can lead to pre sex, pregnant without marriage, abortion and transmitted disease. The purpose of this study is to find the description of adolescent knowledge and attitudes about maturing the age of marriage at Senior High School Saraswati Selat Karangasem in 2020. This research method is descriptive with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique by stratified proportional random sampling. By using primary data from the recapitulation questionnaire distributed to 110 teenage high school Saraswati Selat Karangasem. Descriptive data analyse by describing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about maturing the age of marriage in the frequency distribution table. The results showed that adolescents in the good knowledge is 92 respondents (83.64%), the sufficient category is 15 respondents (13.64%), the low category is 3 respondents (2.72%). Adolescents who behaved positively were 58 respondents (52.73%) and those who behaved negatively were 52 respondents (47.27%). Recommendation of further researchers is to be able to develop this study with different variables and new innovations in the field of adolescent health regarding maturity of marriage age.
