Abstract

Abstract : Peers are the main reference source for adolescents in terms of perceptions and attitudes related to lifestyle, including the prevention of triple elimination. This study aims to find out the description of the role of communication with peers related to the knowledge of prevention of Triple elimination in Students Senior High School 6 Denpasar. This study is a descriptive type of study with cross-Sectional approach. This study was conducted May 2020, where 86 respondents were taken as samples by applying probability sampling and proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. It was then analyzed by employing univariate in frequency distribution. The result shows that most respondents have well knowledges and well communcations with a percentage 34%, and respondents who have well knowledges and low level of communications are 21%. Meanwhile respondents who have low level of knowledge and well communications are 25%, and respondents who have low level of knowledge and low level of communications are 20%. It is advised for students to be more active in extracurricular and other positive activities in order to gain more knowledge and share information related to triple elimination prevention Keywords: Communication, Peers, Knowledge, Triple Elimination Prevention.
