Abstract

Asfiksia khususnya di Indonesia menurut hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2017 menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian neonatal sebesar 15 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Asfiksia merupakan suatu keadaan pada bayi baru lahir yang mengalami kegagalan bernapas secara spontan dan teratur segera setelah bayi tersebut lahir. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Bayi Asfiksia Dengan Pola Napas Tidak Efektif di Ruang Perinatologi BRSUD Tabanan Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sampel penelitian diambil dari dua dokumen pasien pada rekam medik yang telah memenuhi kriteria insklusi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan : pengkajian pada kedua dokumen subjek terdapat perbedaan yaitu tidak mengkategorikan pengkajian kedalam data mayor dan minor sesuai dengan teori acuan. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu pola napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan imaturitas paru tanpa dilengkapi dengan tanda dan gejala. Perencanaan dan implementasi keperawatan berbeda dengan teori acuan. Evaluasi keperawatan pada kedua dokumen subjek menggunakan SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan pada pengkajian hingga evaluasi keperawatan dengan teori acuan. Diharapkan perawat diruangan menggunakan teori acuan terbaru yaitu SDKI,SIKI, dan SLKI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan bagi instansi Rumah Sakit adanya pembaharuan dan sosialisasi terkait pengaplikasian standar asuhan keperawatan. Asphyxia is a condition in newborns who fail to breathe spontaneously and regulary as soon as the baby is born. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in asphyxia infants with ineffective breathing patterns in the perinatology room of Tabanan Regional General Hospital in 2020. The design of this study was descriptive with a case study approach, the study sample was taken from two patient documents in the medical record that had fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The results of the study were obtained : the assessment in the two subject documents there is a difference that is not categorizing the assessment into major and minor data according to the reference theory. Enforced nursing diagnose, namely insececored breath with lung immaturity without being equipped with signs and symptoms. Planning and implementation of nursing are different from reference theory. Nursing evaluation on both subject documents using SOAP. Based on the results of the study showed that there are differences in the assessment to evaluation of nursing with the reference theory. Nurses in the room are expected to use the latest reference theory namely SDKI,SIKI,and SLKI. Based on the results of this study it is recommended for hospital agencies to have renewal and socialization related to the application of nursing care standards.
