Abstract

MIDWIFEFY CARE OF MRS “DS” 27TH YEAR OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM TRIMESTER III OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42TH DAYS POSTPARTUM The case study was carried out in the working area of the Technical Implementing Unit Of Servis Puskesmas III in the Health Office in Denpasar Utara District in 2020 ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are still a problem in the Indonesian health sector. Care provided from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth is one way to reduce the number of MMR and IMR which in its application may occur pathologically, thus requiring special care to be done well. The writing of this case study report discusses the results of the application of the third trimester pregnancy assessment up to 42 days of puerperium in "DS" mothers and their babies who receive updated and ongoing midwifery care. Data collection methods used were interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care is provided from February to May 2020. The results of care given to mothers during pregnancy until gestational age 40 weeks 6 days take place normally, the delivery process takes place spontaneously, the puerperium is not needed for the baby in good health. Based on the results of midwifery care that has been given, can be legalized as long as the mother "DS" from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and newborns is in accordance with the standard, the pregnancy period is issued physiologically, childbirth and childbirth physiologically, during pregnancy and the baby is undergoing physiological, up to 42 days of childbirth. Through this assistance, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge in dealing with problems during pregnancy, childbirth, the puerperium, and newborns and mothers can provide information obtained from other pregnant women, making the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and childbirth not a frightening thing and the mother can restore the process smoothly.
