Abstract

THE EFFECT OF TECHNIQUE MINDFULNESS BASED BODY SCANNING ON REDUCING STRESS LEVELS ABSTRACT Background: Stress arises as a result of demands that exceed the individual's ability to fulfill them. Stress can be overcome with pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy. One way of non-pharmacological therapy to deal with stress experienced can be done with exercise mindfulness body scan which can provide calm for the individual, reduce stress, anxiety, worry and anxiety. Aim : This literature review aims to examine research articles on the effects of Technique Mindfulness Based Body Scanning on reducing stress levels. Methods : Searching for articles was done through four databases (ResearchGate, Pubmed, Garuda Portal, and Google Schoolar) from 2010 to 2020 in the form of research reports, a review that discusses Technique Mindfulness Based Body Scanning on reducing stress levels. The keyword Mindfulness, Body scanning and Stress is used to search electronic databases. Articles are selected based on title and abstract information. Result : Technique Mindfulness Based Body Scanning effect in reducing stress levels. The exercise is to observe the body's tension reaction, release muscle tension and relax the patient's body so that tense muscles relax with a variety of methods used to reduce stress levels in addition to pharmacological treatments. Five literatures were found that the effect value with the results of the statistical test value = (p = 0.004), (p = 0.001), (p = 0.043) (p = 0.001) and (p = 0.001) indicate (p <0.05) that the effect value which states is significant Technique Mindfulness Based Body Scanning to reduce stress levels Conclusion : There are differences in the duration and treatment procedures of the various research journals as a whole showing the results in reducing stress levels. Based on several research journals on stress levels before treatment there are subjects who have stress levels on a mild to severe scale, as well as several Junal studies on stress levels after treatment found the number of subjects who have stress levels on a mild to moderate scale, most of the study samples used designs research design quasi-experimental with approach the one group pretest-posttest design. The selection method is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The total number of respondents used in each study was in the range of 10-80 people. Technique Mindfulness Based Body Scanning can be given to reduce stress levels. Keywords : Mindfulness, Body scanning, Stress PENGARUH TEKNIK MINDFULNESS BASED BODY SCANNING TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT STRES ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Stres muncul sebagai akibat dari adanya tuntutan yang melebihi kemampuan individu untuk memenuhinya. Stres dapat diatasi dengan terapi farmakologis dan terapi non farmakologis. Salah satu cara terapi non farmakologis untuk mengatasi stres yang dialami dapat dilakukan dengan latihan mindfulness body scan yang dapat memberikan ketenangan bagi individu, mengurangi stres, cemas, khawatir dan gelisah. stres. Tujuan : Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menelaah artikel penelitian mengenai pengaruh Teknik Mindfulness Based Body Scanning terhadap penurunan tingkat stres. Metode : Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui empat database yaitu ResearchGate, Pubmed, Portal Garuda ,Google Schoolar yang dicari mulai tahun 2010 sampai 2020 berupa laporan hasil penelitian, review dan buku yang membahas mengenai teknik mindfulness based body scanning terhadap tingkat stress. Kata kunci mindfulness, body scanning, stres digunakan untuk mencari pada database elektronik. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan judul dan informasi abstrak. Hasil : Teknik Mindfulness Based Body Scanning berpengaruh dalam menurunkan tingkat stres. Latihan yang dilakukan adalah mengamati reaksi ketegangan tubuh, mengeluarkan ketegangan otot dan merelaksasi tubuh pasien agar otot yang tegang menjadi rileks dengan berbagai metode yang digunakan dala menurunkan tingkat stress selain pengobatan farmakologi. Lima literatur ditemukan bahwa nilai pengaruh dengan hasil uji statistik value= (p=0,004), (p=0,001), (p =0,043) (p=0.001) dan (p=0.001) ini menunjukkan (p<0,05) bahwa nilai pengaruh yang menyatakan signifikan teknik mindfulness based body scanning terhadap penurunan tingkat stres. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan dalam durasi dan perlakuan prosedur dari beberapa jurnal penelitian tersebut secara keseluruhan menunjukkan hasil dalam menurunkan tingkat stress. Berdasarkan beberapa jurnal penelitian mengenai tingkat stres sebelum perlakuan terdapat subyek yang memiliki tingkat stres dalam skala ringan hingga skala berat, serta beberapa junal penelitian mengenai tingkat stress sesudah perlakuan didapatkan jumlah subyek yang memiliki tingkat stress dalam skala ringan hingga sedang, sebagian besar sampel penelitian menggunakan desain rancangan penelitian quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan the one group pretest-posttest design. Metode pemilihan yaitu non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Total jumlah responden yang digunakan digunakan pada masing-masing penelitian berada pada rentang 10-80 orang. Teknik Mindfulness Based Body Scanning dapat diberikan untuk menurunkan tingkat stres. Kata kunci : Mindfulness, Body scanning, Stres
